After the recent disappearance of those who once commanded the Britannian Army, Vaen knew what was going to happen. People would be looking for a strong leadership, someone to take control. Evoroth had temporarily stepped up for the job while Vaen got his thoughts together, but Vaen knew what he had to do.

Vaen moved quietly around his room, sighing to himself. He knew that this new obligation would bring about changes in his life; changes that would bring hurt to those he cared about. But he knew it had to happen.

This was bound to happen sooner or later, but so soon?

Vaen sat down at his writing desk and began writing.
Quote:

To Whom it May Concern:

I am currently part of the Britannian Army, and have been serving as such for a while now. I've taken part in many battles, both offensive and defensive, as well as many solo missions. Having been a part of this force for so long, I have been able to meet with many of it's soldiers.

To make a long story short, I, Vaen Swiftar, would like to run for Commanding Lord of the True Britannian Army. I know the obligations and the time this would take, and I am more than willing to commit myself to such a title.

Sincerely,
Vaen Swiftar

He read over the letter and nodded to himself. Sighing, he rolled it up and tied it with a green ribbon and sent it away. Walking over to his bed, he picked up the pink ribbon that laid there and put it away in the armoir. He closed his eyes and sighed.

Vaen knew he had to clean up his appearance a bit, however, in order to present the Army well. He recently shaved most of his beard back into his old goatee, after no longer needing to hide a vicious scar made by the Skulls. The scar was now very light.

Moving outside to the shore, he stared at his face in the reflection. He nodded to himself as he reached back and began to put his hair into a pony tail. He turned his face side to side, observing, and nodding to himself.

"Looks clean enough to me." Vaen said to himself. He then walked back into the Legion Stronghold.
