*Sitting on the desk of Cear was a small rolled parchment, tied with ribbon and sealed with wax. Upon opening it, it would reveal itself to be a message.*

Cear Dallben of The Zog Cabal,

I will move straight to business. I am in need of a few answers that I belive you may be able to provide me with. Anything spoken in our meeting will be kept secretive to any other than ourselves. Any incriminating information that I may gather from our conversation will not be attachted to you in, or your cabalists in any way, shape, or form. Respond to this with a time and date that would be acceptable. Feel free to bring a guard or witness, but I don't belive such a thing will be needed amoung friends.

-A wisp creeps up to Toren on the catwalk above the training pit in Jehlom during one of his observations, without warning it swirrles around him leaving a blue mist that dissipates around him, then lays a Light green scroll with a Dark Wisp Seal by his feet.

Our meeting may take place on this day, April 15, 819. You can rest assured that the terms of this meeting will be met and that the cabalists are only of their word. I do not know what help I can bring with me but I shall tell you what I know, and pass on what knowledge I can to help you or the Consortium in any way.
