Beowulf strode casually through the village of yew, shaking hands with the few guards and farmers that were working. People were becoming more comfortable visiting the peaceful town again now that they knew it was safe. A few curious eyes shifted towards Beowulf's direction as he slipped into the bank.

"Oh, it's you! Thought perhaps you'd given up on us." Said a stalky man.

Beowulf smiled slightly and held out a piece of paper.

"These funds should help get your village underway, as I promised. I hadn't forgotten about you, the tournament was a wonderful success."

The bank clerk's eye's opened widely as he accepted the check.

"Thank you much Mr. Beowulf sir! Is there anything we can possibly do for you?"

Beowulf nodded slightly.

"I will come soon, with a shipment of beverages, food, and supplies for your village. I will bring others with me, to secure a perimeter around your walls. My men will fight for this village’s safety if it is ever in danger. I will send ambassadors to the orc fort, in better hope to encourage them to not cross the boarder lines onto our land..."

The clerk nodded, listening carefully.

"I ask for your patience and no hassled for me to access the village, in order to structure the proper defenses needed."

The clerk nodded slightly and shook hands with Beowulf. The two made their way towards the dock discussing further plans for the village of Cove. Beowulf waved a fair well as he stepped onto his boat.

"I will return soon enough." said the assuring voice of Thormear.
