Leshok laid on the small grass area he had put in his tower, beside a small pool of water, staring at the sky. He had only been at break from his duties a few days, but felt his mind becoming more at ease. Of course the nature of the last days could easily be blamed for that, his last evening with Labelle, and then Vaen's birthday party. He had a good few days.

He sighed remembering the night he and Labelle had spent staring at the stars together again, showing her more constelations in the sky and enjoying the pleasant company. It was fascinating and endearing to Leshok of how many small things he did that brought a smile and or a blush to her face. How different she seemed around him now, so many barriers and defenses he had seen before, moved aside, allowing Leshok to learn more of her in each word. The lack of rush, or expectation between the two warmed Leshok's heart, to be able to savor each moment for just what it was, not more could he ask for.

His smile increased remembering as they both laid on the grass next to one another staring at that the sky from atop the church roof top garden. How she blushed when she turned to look at him, and their faces so close, how she smiled and blushed more when he moved just a bit to give her comfortable room. The sky at night, is best viewed while laying back on the ground, seeing the sky like a giant endless dome. He heard her yawn but once and saw her eyes opening and closing many times in a tired manner. Leshok asked her if she wished to retire and she began to hesitantly say yes, when Leshok cut her short by asking her if she would rather just enjoy the moment and he would leave if she fell asleep.

She smiled as Leshok draped his cloak over her like a blanket, as she pulled it over her, she soon fell asleep under the starry night. Leshok smiled and quietly got up, kissed his hand and gently touched her forehead and crept out whispering goodnight.

Leshok smiled running his hand over his cloak which she returned to him two nights later. She had neatly folded it, and it maintained a slight trace of her upon it. Leshok smiled and drifted into a content sleep.
