Raven was sipping her favorite green tea when word reached her of Molly's survival. Not being able to withstand failure, she chose to track Molly down and finish things once and for all. A slight grin crested her face when news came to her that her prey would be visiting the shrines. As far as why she was, did not concern her. Molly had to be dealt with and made an example of.

The hour was growing late and Raven had been waiting nearly two hours at the Shrine of Justice. Almost about to give up and head home, she heard people comming. She tried to determine who but the sounds of thundering hooves were too many to determine. Moments latter, a dwarf walked in paying homage by laying down bronze ingots. Raven's excitement was short lived as she could not she her target. "just another group seeking faith" she thought. But just as that thought had cleared, Molly had shown up. She dismounted and wasted no time standing before the ankh. She was surounded by four others. Raven could only assume they were her followers. Two of which she reconized from an earlier attempt on Chad's life.

Molly had knelt down. This was an oportunity Raven was waiting for. She quietly came out of hidding striking at molly. Though molly being a bit more prepared for surprises, Raven noticed she was slightly harder to attack this time around. But none the less, Raven did indeed slay Molly where she knelt down at. Just before Raven could hide once again, One of Molly's mages casted flame strike on Raven. Burning she ran out. It was only her luck that the flames didn't last long. Using a smoke bomb, Raven disapeared into the night. In the confussion of it all, Molly was saved by the power of the Ankh. But as soon as she looked at her feet, The now infamous purple petals were there, signifying that Raven herself was to blame and that the Black Dragon Society claims the assassination.

Indeed this is the second time Molly has been targeted by the Assassin. And as before it was in front of her own followers. No where is safe. No one can protect you. Time is only a luxury that is often wasted when given.

The bloom of the purple petal is not the symbol of death, rather a symbol of respect. Any assassin can kill without warning. But, to find one laying at your feet is a symbol of the assassin's great respect for their mark.
