The Council of the Sleeping Dragon has voted.

We of the Council do not recognize your claim to being the Shogun of Tokuno.

Since our coucil speaks for the citizens as well as the samurai clans we offer you this one opportunity to be included in this council.

In order to be included you must best me in the best of 3 sparring matches.

If I win, you leave Zento.

If you win, you will be offered a seat on the Council.

If you do not accept this challenge the Council and the citizens of Tokuno will shun you.
