|
Alex Brightblade sat in study in his new home near the beach in Vesper..looking over the scroll he had found about a week ago at the Orc Fort in Yew Felucca. He was perplexed over were the book mentioned in the scroll could be found. He could have sworn the text mentioned Magincia but he now was unsure for the island described in more detail later on in the scroll did not sound like Magincia at all..The text spoke of an island of great wealth and its shores mainly of sand. As Alex began reading more and more about this island he realized he had made a mistake on the location of the book. Rolling up the scroll and throwing it across the room Alex got up from this desk and walked to his personal chest.
"How could I have been so stupid and careless in my translation of that scroll. Alex said to himself as he sat back down at his desk." Unrolling the blank parchment paper he got from the wooden chest he began to write a letter..
Greetings Queen Sarah De'Fiona,
I hope this letter finds you in good health and spirits m'lady. I am writing to you in hopes of maybe visiting your lovely island soon and also in hopes of asking your permission to search your island for something of great value to my Order. I have recently came across some anicent scrolls that have spoken of a anicet relic that could cause great harm to us all if found by those who seek to do evil. My Order long ago guarded this relic but it was stolen by a thief years ago. These Scrolls are slowly leading me to the location of this lost Relic and seems they mention of something on your island that will lead me closer to understanding what this relic is and where it is at so I am writing to ask permission from you m'lady to search your island for this item. It will do me some good to visit Nujel'm again as well My men and I will be on our best behavior on your Island and will be under your service while we are there..I look forward to hearing from you on this matter and I am sure you will understand. Till then m'lady Farewell and be safe..May the virtues lead you and guide you always your highness.

After finishing the letter Alex rolled it up and summoned his paige to deliver the messege. Once the paige had left Alex put out the candles and left the study. He walked down the stairs to the first floor and then out the door. Once on the beach he closed his eyes and began to pray. "Please let us find this item before it is to late he prayed to himself as he opened his eyes and began walking towards Vesper to spend the night at the Inn all the while hoping he and his Order would not be to late. _________________ Ser Derek uth Matar |

Lord Preceptor Alex Brightblade,
I have received your message and find it very exciting and interesting. I welcome you in your effort to find this relic that you believe resides upon my isle. Please inform me of the day and time so I may meet you personally. The Empire would like to lend any aid that may be necessary, such as crowd control, our small library of knowledge or extra manpower.
Tis exciting that Nujel’m could be the home to such an important historical find and we are anxious to see if your findings are correct. Finding such a relic on our shores would be a great honor.
Your gracious host,
Queen Sarah DeFiona du Oryan |
