Regent

I must convey that my actions last night were due to an undesired byproduct of the medication that I use. I felt a need to rejuvenate myself when I sensed that the meeting would continue longer than expected and my medicine gives me energy and focus. But you know what they say, too much of a good thing cant be good for you and I may have tried to become too keen. So you must sense my surprise at waking in the Magincian Inn with little recollection of what happened at the end of the meeting. It is unusual for me to behave in a manner deemed unprofessional and an event such as Tuesday’s incident has only happened once before under the reign of Rufus.
One of the visuals that I do remember however, is holding an elf by its ear. My vision was disrupted you see, but the pointy ears of an elf can not be masked even if one is being influenced by ‘medication’. No doubt if I had not been stopped I would have made a bloody mess of the creature. Truly if given the space there would have been a terrible incident in the benches which would have reflected poorly on and damaged the Regency and my own agenda. Fortunately someone restrained me, I know not who it was but I recall a familiar voice and a light red blotch of color which must have been a part of him.
I will not cause you trepidation or discomfort by being present at the next meeting. Clearly by reading this you must see that I am a debilitating factor. Perhaps I shall take a leave of the Regency meetings for a time in order to re-pacify my desire to bloody my hands on the skulls of minor races.
