It was not but a day after the mark of luna had fallen that the people in Britan began speaking about The Regency's actions as of late. Some speak that the Regency is incapable of holding back the tide of invaders. Others speak of a lack of action on the Regents part.

But Upon witnessing a meeting first hand, it was clear to Raven that control is something the Regency lacks. And with lack of control comes confussion. Raven thought very hard on this matter. This was not going to be an easy assignment. To target the mark she has in question, she would have to weight the consequences versus the possibilities of any result. Should her mark die, will another take her mark's place? If So, would this new person have the power to regain control? Should she fail, would they find a common enemy and unite, thus allowing control to happen?

There was much to think on and much to prepare for. The Mark of Luna was easy enough. The first kill is always unexpecting. Now the rumors are spreading. There are those who even hunt Raven. But she knows she will not be found so easily. She knows what she must do to help things along. Her mind made up, she plans her method of attack against her next target.
