Dear Regency

I'm trying to be a nice, respectable leader that is going along with peace and equal oppurtunity. I let the regency and anyone else roam through the city of Zento or anywhere else in the realm. I have no problem with that because I want everyone here in Tokuno. My goal is to make Tokuno on the same level as Brittania as in respect and size. What I don't want is your guard talking ill about me behind my back in my own city. I understand that they are native there but they have no right to speak ill of me in my own city. No peasants or any citizens throughout the realm have any problems with the way im doing things, just your guard. I try talking with Tai Kwan Leap but he seems not to show up, so I said fine I will wait toward the meeting. Get a hold of your guard because I will not stand for disrespect in my city. I want peace and prosperity, not war with dead and buried.
