Guardians of Vesper,

I wish to offer the aid of my forces and I in the search for you leader, Lady Lia. It very recently came to my attention that she had gone missing and to honor the alliance that we hold, I will spare no wakeing moment or any resource to find her. Also we would like to do all in our power to help in anyway we can against the plague that afflicts your city. I'd like to set up a meeting with whomever is acting as you leader in Lia's unfortunate absence. Please respond as soon as possible.
