He was right there, in arms reach of myself. I could have had his throat, I could have drunk his blood, and I could have slaughtered all those around him just to be able to fight him. Oh Oblivion, how it took all my will power from not fulfilling the urge to kill. I have desired to see this paladin again, the one who defeated Zalar, since the evening of our first encounter. But as a request from Lord Bailos, we’re not at our dominant state and must lay low.

I went to the Regency meeting because of the recent news I heard, a rebellion? Finally someone opposes that foolish Regency. When I arrived I was surprised to learn some new things. Nazaltre is the new Lord Regent. I was also shocked to find Sadrien, the nephew of Darrien at the Regency meeting.

Molly engaged in an impolite, accusing conversation with him. Telling him that he was an Ebon Skull, that she saw the emblem on his cloak. Sometimes I wonder if Molly has supernatural powers that serve her as a handicap, she seems to see things that aren’t there. But if she thinks it helps prove her point, than she can say she can see anything with those fake eyes I suppose.

Poor Sadrien just wanted by to leave, but of course the House of Gauntlet had to try and be the tough ones of the bunch. The one named “See Jay” wouldn’t move to allow the young man by. It displeased me to see such an act of rudeness by these virtuous folk. Molly however told him to let him by, as did our new edition to the Order.

The Undead Minion-is what I call him, others call him a wraith-appeared. Stepping from the shadows he spoke in his shivery voice, telling them to let him by. The startled bodies of the virtuous duo seemed to move hurriedly out of the way. “Return to the shadows wraith…” I told him sternly. The wraith seems to be more useful than those damned slaves, they don’t come like they use too…like I did.

The highlight of my night wasn’t the conversation between Leshok. But the conversation between “See Jays”, the jester dressed in the fairy bright white, and cheap imitation of blood red clothe. Him AND Tai seemed to like to stick their noses in things not of their business. Leshok and I were exchanging harmless words and Tai stood up beside me and asked if there was a problem. Yes of course there’s a problem, we’re talking, and better look out that mean’s the world is going to end. People these days’ involve them things that are not their business just to try and look important. Back to “See Jay” though. After Leshok and I stepped outside of the building to exchange words “See Jay’s” lips began to flap nonsense, a waste of breath I thought. I asked Leshok if “See Jay” was his mouth, because he seemed to be doing the talking for him. He even told me he’d put his foot in my mouth, I analyzed that of a comment of immaturity from a young soul such as his. His time will come. I’ll cut out his tongue and give it to Molly, perhaps to replace the one that speaks such unbelievable things. “You are of the Ebon Skull, your emblem is seen clearly on your cloak.” Aye…considering our Order doesn’t wear the emblem on our cloaks, we wear it on our palms. The palms which are covered by our gloves, but it seems everyone is physic or perhaps or names our shown clearly above our heads? Because most seem to know it before you tell them who you are.

I spared the two this night. Leshok tried to remember where he knew me from. I was more than willing to remind him, by lodging my blade between his eyes. But I will stay low for now; his time will come along with the rest who oppose the Order and me. How the loath the idea of not shedding the blood of the virtues, but it can wait.
