He walked along the narrow cobblestone streets of Vesper for hours. To fat, to skinny, to weak. He cursed to himself for the amount of time it was taking. He felt weak. Unable to concentrate. Then he saw her, a maiden pure and what's better, alone.

He took his time. Walking near to her but not to close. Following her down to an alleyway. Then he approached her. She was taken by his charm. He carefully crafted the words. She felt the effect. She was in his control. He enticed her to follow him. She followed.

He waited until the sounds of footsteps were far enough away. Then he pulled her in for a kiss. A subtle kiss. nothing more. He could hear the quickening of the pulse the beating of her heart. He nibbled down to the neck. He leaned her head to one side. She gasp aloud with excitement.

He paused for a second to take in the aroma. Then he bit. hard and quick. She tried to scream but was muffled by his hand. He held her mouth firm until the last gasps escaped her now lifeless body. The blood flowed from her quickly. He drank till there was none left. He quickly wiped away all the remaining drops from his mouth and chin. He found a spot in the nearby woods to leave her as to not rouse the local guards.

He could feel the urge quieting once again. He cursed it he hated it. He hated what he had become. But it was a part of who he is. He knew this.

Forever Damned. Evil or Very Mad
