They have tortured me for…three days now, since my great failure. The Dark Lord was clearly not pleased. But these three infernal hellions offer me something it seems. They will guide my now I’m told, allow me to be simply a vessel to Oblivion’s will. Wardens…who shall be sure my faith, loyalty and devotion to Oblivion the skull and the Lich Lord never waver. I know them well, they have manifested as replicas of my own self here but I now see their true forms…

Dahhak, the winged human. Dahhak shall guard my faith I’m told. Dahhak will insure I pursue the will of Oblivion until my own demise….Etheng for Oblivion has shown me mercy.

Then there is Dagon, the great serpent. Dagan will insure my seductive and deceptive qualities do not falter…that I do not use my gifts to betray ever again….Etheng for Oblivion has shown me great mercy….

Finally the most fearful of all these creatures…torn between the Void and Sosaria who will come into me, Malphas. The crow, The arcane mind and genius to lead and to govern. He shall insure my office is not abused by my undead but still mortally corrupted mind. Etheng, for Oblivon has shown me his wisdom.

What I will gain from this union I do not know, but perhaps it will be for the best. This my last letter as simply Darrien Church. How they torment me, how they would inhabit me…as wardens to ensure I do not betray the Dark Lord. Yet from them I will gain not their power…their knowledge. No…Malphas has told me with study I will become great, Dagon has told me to obey his whispers to become great and Dahhak has told me to pray and sacrifice that I may become great. When the time,faith,study effort and Obedience I will be complete, my power tripled, how much time I cannot be sure. Undead I am, patient it seems I shall become.
