Tyra was quite happy and seemed to be on top of the world. A dat was set, a place, a time..now all was needed was a guest list. But first she needed her wedding party to be set up. She wanted her friend Earendil to be her maid of honor and Cat and Ditto to be her bridesmaids. She sat down and sent a letter to each.

Dearest Earendil,

I am sorry that we have not had time to spend together like we use to. But as you know I am getting married. The date is set for November Twenty Third at half past the eighth hour by the evening eastern skies. I would be very much honored if you could make it, as I am going to need a maid of honor. Your dress will be furnished, all you need to do is come. I would greatly appreciate it. Please send word soon letting me know if you can. Thank you and take care my dear friend.

Hello! It has been it seems forever since I last saw you. Well Murdoc and I finally set a date. The date is Novemeber Twenty Third at half past the eighth hour of the eastern evening sky. I am writing as I wish for you to be a brides maid. I do hope you will consider it. Please send word to me soon. Your outfit will be furnished. I hope to hear from you.

Now she had sent those on their way she started to think. She would have very well wished for her father to walk her down the aisle. But it seems he has been absent from the realm for sometime. She sighs. Her thoughts then drifted to her friend Cloudster. He had always been so sweet to her..and she looked upon him as a second father. She believed Murdoc was going to ask her brother to be one of his groomsmen. She would wait to see if he would, and if he didn't, she would have Andre and Cloudie walk her down the aisle. She sent a letter to Cloudster.



Dearest Cloudie,
I am writing to you because for starters, I miss you. It has been a while since I seen you. I am also writing to ask a favor. I am getting married. You were always like a father to me when my own was away tending business. I would be fully honored if you would walk me down the aisle. I would greatly appreciate it if you would. The day is set for Novemeber Twenty Third at half past the eighth hour of the eastern evening sky. I hope all is well with you and your family. I miss you very much and love you. Please take care.

Alright now..letters sent out and it was time to get cracking on those dresses and outfits. Her mother said she was going to get those all fixed and figured out for her. She sat back and thought about what to have for the reception dinner.

Earendil was, again, laying on her bed, reading a book, her favorite thing to do short of spending time with her family, when the letter arrived. After reading it, she smiled a little, then went to her writing desk to compose a reply...

"Hello again, Tyra.

I have not felt like getting out of the house very much lately, for some odd reason, else, I hope, we could have met up a little more often. News doesn't not travel my way too often as of late, unfortunately, so I have not heard of your engagement. I would love to come to the wedding, and congratulations to you. I wish you as much happiness as your heart can hold.

Earendil smiled gently, looking at the bracelet Valkor had given her, knowing Tyra shared the same kind of happiness she knew. She then rolled up the letter, tied it with a bit of ribbon, then let her dove take it to deliver it.

I will be more than happy and honored ta be in your wedding, even if ya are marrying Murdoc. I like Murdoc, I truely do, but I just wish your heart coulda found someone else. Like someone who didna go around pinching ladies tushies and kissing married girls. I know he does nau mean anything serious by it, but my fear is that your gonna be a widow before your honeymoon is even over.
I'm sure your gonna make a most assuredly purty bride and Murdoc is a very lucky man to find someone as sweet as you are.

Tyra was so happy to get all the responses. She was pleased to see her little wedding group was coming together. She laughed as she read Ditto's response. She knew Ditto was protective of her much like a second mother. Tyra considered herself to be the luckiest girl. What other girl got two sets of wonderful parents as well as marrying a sweet man like Murdoc. Murdoc was a lady's man, he had told her that from the get go. She knew his eyes had wandered but he told her his ways of change. She believes that they have indeed. He was a respectable business man now. His ways of the old are gone. She was his future, he told her that. She quickly sent out thank you notes to all those that responded while she got things ready for the big day. Time was awasting and things still needed to be done.
