Attention one and all!!
For crimes against Magincia and Humanity in general the vile creature known as Shagrath will be placed on public trial by the Hand of Humanis. The trial shall take place in the Parliament Building which is located over the bridge to the South East in Magincia. The date and time set for this event will be this Wednesday at ten past 8pm to coincide with the setting of the sun.
Shagrath is the most horrific killer Magincia has ever known, the blood of hundreds are on his hands. Because none should miss this, all who wish to watch the trial are welcome to attend. Our borders will be open to all humans and inferior races provided that all are behaved.

Wednesday at 8:10 by the Eastern Star in the Magincia Parliament House located to the South East of the city.
