...Was conducted by Arieus De'Chevia, Duke of Luna and concluded by Grand Duchess Molly who arrived a bit late.

There were a number of guilds and/or guild leaders present inclusive of H*G, *V*, =L=, SSF, KOS, STC, O|S, and perhaps a couple others. (We need a court scribe..hehe).

We went over briefly a basic form of gathering information to conduct a defence and even an offese of an from without the City of Luna. These plans are being finalized in good order with the assitance of all participating members.

KOS confirmed their support of the RCL by a wonderful announcement delivered by Arcana, Lady of the Knights. Likewise support from the RCL was returned, given a virtuous cause.

The rescue of Lilyth from the orcs was discussed, as well as the later rescue of Kard Ticklesong who valiantly switched places with Lilyth in order to free her. Kard was later found trying to be sold to the Ebon Skull by the orcs, who were felled swiftly and he was returned to safety.

O|S Emissary Hannah Cross again confirmed support for the RCL and also provided much appreciation from the throne of Sanctus for the liberation last week.

There was some discussion on a missing and/or lost person, perhaps seen in a strange condition in Umbra. Molly has details on this matter wich is perplexing, and further clarification has been asked by all members in regard to "Alexsis" (tries to read his notes...I may have the name befuddled).

Porthos of SSF gave a brief description of his experiences with The Regulators, and confirmed they appeared to be in a just cause, if not for the eight virtues , then for order. Further investigation will be conducted by The Court.

The Royal Court of Light extends it's sincere appreciation to Miss Zoe, for hosting the meeting at one of H*G's guard towers about the city.

It was noted that dark fources are on the move about the realm, and the RCL wishes to extend it's aide to those whom seek it. These incidents will be adressed on a case by case basis.

The RCL will meet again next week and we look forward to more news, exciting information, and fellowship.

May the light be your inspirational guide in all your transactions,

Always,

Arieus De'Chevia, Duke of Luna
