A letter floats through the air guided by purple flames. It slowly decends to the ground infront of Lias house and reads:

Dear Lia,

How are you fair Lia? I write this letter to you in respect. I have just recently moved into the lands of Vesper and wish a meeting with you. I don't want anything big and fancy just a short quick meeting for you to meet me and know who I am.

I would like to meet you this eve at the time of 8:30 past the eastern sun at the bank of vesper. We'll meet alone quickly and exchange a few words. There is no hawk to send a return letter to me, I just hope you will take the time to meet and welcome a stranger.
