LaBelle set weighing the events and discussions of the past gathering of those still remaining Loyal to his Lord Regent Rufus Oryan. She softly drummed her fingertips to the underside of her writing desk a spell before lifting the quill and dipping it into the ink...she began;

Milord Regent,

I trust this letter to find you in good health and of pleasant spirits.

Milord, your absence weighs heavily on your peoples. I
write to you as one of them with confidence you may provide
guidance, suggestion, and encouragement to those that hold
faith in you.

Of the six guilds you had accepted unto the new Regency,
all but one bore representation to the last gathering for meet.
Present also was his Lord Huma Dragonbane, whom provided
words of his own to those Loyalists. Words of encouragement,
and words of patience. Our group lacks not faith in you milord
at this time, but is in need desperately of your sapience.

The greatest matter discussed by the peoples, the rising of
the ones they call the Ebon Skull. There were three
instances of accusation presented, by three parties,
against the Ebon Skull. The first involved the recent
peculiar growth of a plant in the city Magincia.
The second was stated the harming, perhaps resulting
death of an innocent girl, I can not be sure, the
conversations moved swiftly. The third
Milord, involves the disappearance of the
one they call the Oracle of Love.

Those present to the gathering may not have come to
grand conclusions of how to handle the matter of these
Ebon Skull’s, however to be sure, they will council one
another again. It was recommended by a Lord of the rising
Holy Church of the Virtues, to speak with one known as
Gromph for details that may assist the Loyalists in their plight.

I plead silently each day for your returns Milord, that it
will be soon, and that it will be nothing less a joyous time
to have you amongst us once again.

Yours Faithfully,

Lady LaBelle Decantor

As she reached the city some time in the evening she hired a message boy to deliver the parchment to his Lord Regent. Placing a handfull of gold pieces to his hand, she leaned into his ear, and quietly spoke, "Boy, there will be this much more for you on your return, should you bring words from his Lord back to this lady." Folding her hands gently to her front, she bowed her head in farewells, and watched the stripling mount and head off.
