Patrol Entry #1


Dragonis (Grand Valorian) Kagato, Meiv'Kolindo (Squires) and myself patroled the main island as well as the two satellite islands of Jhelom this eve. All seemed to be quiet, no major occurences or odd events were reported. The citizens of the island seem to be in good spirits, the Dueling Pits seem to be well used and the Bank has steady moderate activity.

Main Island: Kagato and Meiv patroled to the south of the bank. Myself and Dragonis to the north. Dragonis seems to be struggling with the culture of "controlled violence" on the island, and was fairly distraut upon viewing some activity in the dueling pits. I hope that he comes to understand that this is the nature of our city and is a strength rather than a downfall. Regardless, he continues to be battle ready and mentally sharp.

Farm and Southern Islands: Due to the small size of these islands, I allowed the men to go and patrolled myself. No strange activity was seen on either island.

Final note: Kagato seems to have made good progress in his skills. Promotion to Knight should be considered in the near future. Meiv is rough around the edges, but continues to show great promise. I feel this boy could be quite a warrior and leader if he chose to be. I will work with him personally to ensure his continued maturation.
