The slapping noise, made by the rapid flapping of the hawks wings, grew louder. The hawk was sent on an emergency errand, to deliver the letter.

The hawks journey was long and hard. It was set free from the underworld, it avoided many attackers, such as dragons and drakes as it escaped from the dungeon. The hawk immediatly set forth towards the home of the so called "Lord Hummer".

. . .

Hummer was working hard, re-arranging and re-decorating his house. The privous night he had asked Tatiana to come live with him, after she agreed, he quickly got to work preparing the house. Many visitors came and went as Hummer ran up and down the stairs setting things up.

Later on during the day, Hummer heard the screech of a familiar animal. It was his messenger hawk from the Underworld. It couldn't be though, why would his hawk be in this world? Hummer rushed over to his metal graiting door, and forced it open. The hawk sored into his basement, and landed calmly on his new bar table. The hawk screeched and slapped his wings off the bar table, indicating the letter was urgent.

Hummer confused, strood curiously over to the bar. He took a seat, pulled up the hawks leg, and removed the parchment from it. He unroled it and began to read the letter. Hummer stood up, some what shocked and began to pace back and forth, while he continued reading. He suddenly stopped dead in his tracks, his hands slightly trembleing, the parchment slipped from his sweaty fingers and fell to the ground.

Hummer ran over to his chest, pried it open in a hurried mannor and pulled out his hooded shroud. He turned to face the hawk and nodded towards it. Realizing that he should have fixed this problem the last time he was in the Underworld, he spoke to the the hawk, "Tis time to make another visit to the Underworld, tis time I reclaimed my rightful name."

The parchment laid on the ground, still unrolled and quite readable. A slight red glow began to errupt around the edges.

I am sorry to bother you my lord, but it is quite urgent. Much confusion has risen around the other citys of the underworld, it seems there are many more than you first expected. They have all united and declared war on your city my lord.

Your daughter seems to think she is capable of forming a strong enough defence to with stand all the enemy troops. My lord, I trust that she has great power running through her vains, but I am not sure if she has enough experiance for this.

The other citys have risen against us because they think our king is no more. The confusion I mentioned earlier is that they think Lord Hummer is a new ruler to the Underworld, they think his daughter is weak and that they can easily over come us. Long has your nick name been Hummer, so long that it has become almost a perminent name. My Lord, I request that you come back as quickly as you can, reclaim your rightful name, and help us defend your kingdom.

I beg of you, Lord Beowulf Thorimear, come reclaim your name.

Signed, Dark Servant.

The parchment fully errupted in red flames, and disenagrated on the dirt floor.
