Vaen was walking around Minoc Felucca one night, surveying the area and making sure everything was all right. He spoke with some of the guards who claimed they have not seen anything peculiar. Vaen felt comforted by this, feeling a sense of security within his hometown.

"Excuse me, sir?" a small man walked towards Vaen.

Vaen nodded to the man, "Yes?"

"My name is Floyd. I was just wondering, exactly, why you and your Legion are here?"

Vaen nodded and motioned to a nearby set of rocks for them to sit down and talk. The both of them walked over there and sat down on a rock.

"The Legion is here to protect the citizens."

"I see, sir, but uhm... we have town guards for that."

"Indeed. But, the Town Guards did nothing when Azeroth was here."

The man nodded. Vaen continued.

"Minoc is my home town. While we do not entirely claim the city, we represent the justice side of it. We will take care of those who disobey the law of the city. We will not issue laws or make amendments to any of your current laws. We will just take in those who disobey the law and deal with them accordingly."

The man nodded and smiled. "Thank you for clearing that up for me."

Vaen smiled and nodded. "If anyone else is confused on to our presence here, please pass the word."

The man nodded slightly, and then walked west towards the town housing. Vaen smiled to himself and then walked over to the river shore and sat on the side. Smiling still, he looked down into the water. As the sun began to set in the distance, Vaen looked up to the sky, still smiling.
