Added this line

63.117.27.168 login.ultimaonline.com

to

c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts


it worked for me hopefully it helps everyone else

If that doesn't work, try this:

Find this file:

c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts

Open with wordpad and add this to the bottom line;

107.23.85.115 login.ultimaonline.com
