Greetings and felicitations, friends,

It is my duty, though not a pleasant one, to hereby declare a formal dissolution of the Union to which we have been a part for so long. The reasons are varied, and many, but it has been my experience over the last year to see our attendance, participation, and membership decline. I take this to mean that most of us are doing well enough on our own, perhaps even as a result of our cooperation. If so, then we have done very well.

This does not mean we shall have no associations, of course. We will continue to trade and so forth. It only means that we are no longer bound by the bylaws that were created in the beginning. We are free to do as we will, with those whom we wish, as oft as we like, unfettered by demands of any unified code.

I shall always remain your friend and will seek your counsel in all needed matters. I pray you will be to me also.

My undying thanks and gratitude to you all, most especially to the ever-reliable and patient, Lady Tatiana, without whom I would not have carried on for as long as I have.
