The following software will translate a basic English sentence into its Ultima Gargish equivalent.
Punctuation is currently supported but only one sentence at a time. Feel free to end a sentence with ?. or !
Full paragraph translation will be available in the next version.
The translator is now stand alone. One file, two clicks, no installation.
This software it to help Ultima enthusiasts to become familiar with one of the aspects of in game culture
that is not exposed to us regularly, the language of the newest race.
While the program does not translate from Gargish to English, after repeated use and familiarization
with the outcome of your translations, players will be able to speak Gargish without use of the translator, as well as better use the translator.

little update.

I believe the program is final. I do not foresee myself working on this any more unless there is some sort of specific request.
The program now supports all punctuation aside from plurality, which i do not find anywhere naturally in the gargish language.
so go nuts with "" ? . ! ; but no 's
the program will translate whatever you put it in. so whole paragraphs if you with. or one sentence at a time. I have extended
the language database to contain exactly 1000 translatable words. If you want to take a look at the gargoyle language you can
change the .jar file to a .rar and open it and browse for garg.txt or head over to owo.com/archive for the older shorter list of words.

Well I'm a massive liar.
There are now three versions available.
Version one, above.
There is also an ASCII only version for mac/linux users
There is also a third version that will translate from gargish to english.
