A dark wisp searches out Mairsil,

Dearest Father in Law,

I know this is an uncommon writing to you, but I felt it best I lay this out cleanly for you. I know well your attachment to the Armunn family and your expressed care to Myrddin and I on their behalf.

I have tried to honor the relationship of old, two families forever bound in harmony and like goals. However, disturbing incidents of late have caused great consternation upon my part. It began with the Kidnapping of young Rowan and the entanglement that this caused (by the lady ditto herself I understand). However in the spirit of the close ties the families have had, I assumed it was a misunderstanding and, I put this aside and moved on allowing it to rest in your hands.

Then a peculiar instance occurred. The dark order apparently ignorant of their past, has taken a shining to a young priest of Oblivion. This priest has immediately begun to spawn and draw to him the very creatures that destroyed the lands of dark cove once before. However these wraiths have grown bold in thier new power and decided to begin reaping the souls of anyone they felt they could.

At the tavern last eve one such incident occurred and terrorised the youngest Armunn of the family, the young Bree. While they did not harm her I felt it was barely contained and that it could of easily been her that was consumed by this arrogant and predatory wraith. Now, regardless of the fact she had highly insulted my husband (referencing his mating with dogs) my husband and I, as well as my daughter, took up arms to banish this Wraith of Oblvion from the tavern.

I am not usually in the task of doing such, I generally encourage wraiths and their existence on this realm. However this one hits a little to close to home...

I am sorry to bother you with this dreadful news, I know well you will not be happy to hear of these incidents. I am certain that these creatures and their dark order/oblivionite master will continue to be a blight upon my otherwise fun and peaceful existence.

Nightshade

Lady Nightshade,

While I cannot say the topic of your writing is most pleasant, I do welcome your uncommon writings whenever you would seek to send them my way.

As for the matter at hand...

The news is all very troubling, and upsetting as it might be, I'm glad you let me know.

The history between the Armunns and the ab'Arawns stretches back a long long time... I will investigate the matter to determine how best to proceed.

I will send word to you soon.

Be well Nightshade,

-Mairsil
