I am following up on some information that my wife had told me a while back. She had informed me that you had once been apart of the Ebon Skull.

If this is indeed true, then there is something that I would like to speak to you about. If you wish to do so, we can meet in Umbra at your convenience.

A messenger rat seeks out Tarothin and delivers to him a small scroll which reads:

"Lord Tarothin, you have been informed correctly about my past involvement with the Ebon Skull. I will make myself present in Umbra this evening. You can find me at Morn Cirith, the tower of necromancy just outside the city. Come find me there and I we will discuss whatever it is you wish to speak about.

The rat and scroll both evaporate in a cloud of black smoke.
