So, when my bank card expired a lot of things sort of fell to the wayside in terms of my paying for them. UO was one of them. I didn't really consider if I didn't keep up with it, I might lose my account but it seems that's what happened.
I can only assume my house, belongings and characters are all lost in the digital ether, and that makes me devastatingly sad.
Please no one actually confirm this has happened. I like living in ignorance, thank you.
I was trying to update my billing information or whatever, but I have no idea what to do anymore. This EA Mythic site is really hard to navigate and the link which says "Click here to update your billing information" doesn't lead anywhere.
So... wat do? _________________ I have no idea what you are talking about.

call them you should be fine as long as you have all your accnt info. You may have lost your house if you haven't refreshed since the IDOC change.

The entire process of updating our info was insanely diffiicult and not at all user friendly. I will say that there have been some houses that have survived so you never know. I think they've kept some houses up because they know how difficult this process has been. I fear for whenI have to update my credit card a little later this year.
Keep trying, what has been lost mostly can be replaced, we have a fairly generous community. _________________ Malorn ‎(12:14 AM):
