Well, it's kinda weird actually. The more idea's going through my mind and the possibilities gave me the desire to come back to play. But the closer it got to actually doing so, the more I was not wanting to if that make sense.

And last weekend I made the decision not to. Not in the Physical sense at least. I do not mind being an evil overlord behind the screen, helping spur on RP, but when I actually loaded the game up and logged in, and was about to get a house it just dawned on me that I really was done with the game itself. I've come and left the community several times throughout 11 some years? And this time was a clear indication that I was indeed done.

I'm sorry to those that wanted to see me in game again.

BUT

I did have an idea that I still plan on doing regardless. Something I think would clear up some issues as well as cause much entertainment in the community.

I got a house from Willow still (ty again) [which I still need to pay for Razz

that is why it is important I sell the stuff I put on the merchants forum so please go look to see if you want something.]

I'm bringing back the Gladiator Pits of old!!

Imy (with help) will be running it, and it was something that I was going to use as a tool to handle disputes.

If there is any dispute, that can be used. Even if you wish to challenge another guild for anything. (land, etc.) You can choose champions, etc to handle them.

Or the fun side to just gamble on contestants, etc.

I think the plan is that once a week entertainment will be set up. An alternative to tavern nights and something to please those people that desire more PvP action. It's the darker side of the street.

Also, if you wish to help with the pits, please contact Ditto.

I am right now in the process of designing it and was going to part it as my last gift to the community to have fun with.

slave vs slave
champion vs poorly armed foes
dragon killing nekked fools
bet on the winners!
etc etc

I was mainly writing this post to tell people, that that chance of me physically coming back was decided.

So once again, please check out the items being sold by me in the merchant forum to help make this happen.

I thought it was something the community can use as an extra entertainment value. I was going to use it to for criminals as well. Anyone that broke my laws etc. muwhahaha.

Contact Ditto if you wish to help or Donate. I'm just trying to set up and provide her with everything she needs to run and keep running the arena.

It would be awesome once this is set up to get big enough to have non-rp'ers to come in to have fun with it. That way they can come be entertained, as well as mingle with the RP'ers. Hopefully something that will have them want to join the community.

I know this is repittion, and I said this in a different post to Ditto, but I am happy to add this to our weekly rotation and event calendar as well when you know dates, let me know if you need any help with advertising on Stratics to!

In any case, let me know what you need. I am sorry to hear that you wont be joining us, though we will be here if you change your mind Taro. Also, much thanks to you and Ditto for taking on such a great but work filled project! It inspires the rest of us!

You can make use of the fighting pits they just put in game. I believe you go into Felucca ruleset once you step inside. There is on in Haven that I know of.

The Arena will run on Thursdays. The Opening will either be this Thursday or the following, (depending on how soon we can get it ready). Also, hoping for special events once a month. Once the arena is ready for business, it will also be available for anyone who wants to just go in and spar 24/7, except when in "official use".

At the top of our board is our rotation schedule. As soon as you are ready it will be added there.

Since theres alot going on, it's been decided that the opening of the arena will be next Thursday, not today, as many of us prepare for possible battle on a battlefield.
