Since we can't choose Cove as our city of loyalty, I chose Skara, but does anyone know where/who I get the rope from to rope up the angry people?
Looked on stratics for a list or something but couldnt find any. And the Santa in the bank won't give me anything *cries*.

Also, if we fill up the Skara jail to get the raiders to attack the city, can I just run away screaming and NOT attack them?

Oh oh, and also, is there a way, other than emoting that we can HELP the rioters burn the towns down? Not that I would....*tippy toes away*

I found the rope to arrest the rioters! Its in the Skara town hall. ....um..I keep forgetting they have one of those.
