What Yasamin said was simple and so true and fits alot of different problems both leaders and guild members have to deal with sometimes rarely, sometimes daily. I think it bares repeating.

Embarassed Thanks. It's just the truth. Hopefully, it'll give a perspective to help. *grins* Even when you're hated by other guilds, as long as the core is strong, almost every guild-mate is happy. (can't please everyone)
