*the following notice is written on parchment and posted on each bank in each city throughout the realm. in Magincia it is also found on every tree surrounding the Moongate*


Hear ye Hear ye!

By the order of Lord Cuthbert, the General of Magincia and Lord Isk, the Magnate of Magincia, all orcs are now BANNED from Magincian soil!

Any orc found on the island of Magincia will be KILLED ON SIGHT with NO WARNING.

If you have an orc as a slave that carries your goods, you may contact Lords Cuthbert or Isk to ask for special dispensation.

All other cases of orc presence on our Emerald Isle will result in the immediate EXECUTION of the offending orc.

Kurb'da walks up the post marker. Studies it real hard, the best he possibly could. By orcish standards Kurb'da is quite smart. However...he still can't read. But he does understand the word "kill". He grins with glee and proceeds to urinate all over the banner. "Toopid Maggiez, web da bubhosh clan dat klomp deez dumheds," he says. He hops on his Ostard and gallops away with the news to his clan.
