First off, I am posting this here becuase I want everyone to see it, its something we need to all strive to uphold together. I have been seeing alot of poor communications and upset posts back and forth between people, as well as fighting in ARPC Chat in game. I wanted everyone to reread one rule of our community in particular. I think many people do not realize that inflammatory behaviour and speech is not allowed and that grievances and complaints with another guild should be handled in this manner:

Complaints, grievances or any other issues should be brought to the attention of your respective guildmaster in the first instance, or assistant guildmasters if the guildmaster is unavailable via ICQ or PM, preferably after any event is over. If the guildmasters are unable to resolve the problem, they have the option of calling for mediation by contacting an ARPC moderator, or presenting the situation on the Grand Senate.


If you have an issue, you should either contact your GM or if you do not have a GM to handle this with, ICQ or PM the person in private in regards to your complaints.

Often times there are New roleplayers, visitors from other shards and EM's are often in ARPC chat. We need to set a good example for our community.
