Sometimes you can not deny where you were born or whose blood runs in your veins. Or perhaps it was all in the name? It was moments like this, when her ruthless side was shown that she knew deep down that there were many shades to all that was Nyxanna.

There were times when circumstances called for unusual methods. Every alchemist, knew this. In most cases, alchemists walked a fine line between it.

What had to be done, had to be done, and when Nyxanna considered, this in her nieces best interest she would indeed see it done. For only the strong survived. The marketplace was busy, swirling with masses of people. There were older specimens and younger ones and the small white wolf with her gorgeous coat of fur sat watching them pass by.

They did not see her as she had hidden herself well, but even if they did they would simply chase off the wolf who had wondered in amongst them. Now as Nyxy was faced with a problem to solve, though not her problem alone, she was willing to look at things with a harsher view. Willing to let her normalcy slide. Willing to channel a much different approach.

Yes perhaps it was that Umbran blood, or the drow vein running thru her family. Ceinwyn had certainly never shrugged at such tasks and Nyxy today would be no different then her grandmother. For it was what was indeed necessary.

Specimens, so many to choose from. Yet which would be best?

She paused her wolfish facade fading but still at heart, she stepped from behind her hidden spot, and turned to a young man smiling but looking just a tad bit lost. Never was her hair so white, and her eyes so purple...
