As the letter unfolds, the wisp is released

The wisp states:
Y nxyd tx spyxk wyth yyy xn txnyght's xvxnts ys sxyn ys pxssyblx. Gxvyn my xndyrstxndyng xf thyngs, Y xm rxthyr syrprxsyd.


The letter reads:
Dear Merci and Myrddin,
Please forgive my absense for the next few days. My daughter Thoryne still ails from her sickness. Her symptoms are not like any that I have seen thus far. I don't feel that it would be wise to leave her in anyone else's care for the time being. I will rejoin the ranks as soon as I am confident Thoryne is on the mend.

Enforcer,

Thorynes health is very important and I do not blame you for taking time to try and save your ailing child. However I do ask if we can find someone to watch her for a few moments that we may meet to discuss all that this note entails.

I did understand it, as you knew I would. Brings back... distant times.
