Arcana stumbled through her back door, suffering the early onset of what promised to be a particularly nasty hangover. What in the name of all that was holy had posessed her to join a drinking contest against Arlin? She still wasn't exactly sure who won. Given that Arlin had started the contest roof-diving with Vaen and ended by singing a charming little number while wearing a dress, she thought she might have come out ahead. Beyond that, her memory of events was rather vague. Velma and Nkai would be so proud.

Arcana gave silent thanks to her long-established servants for leaving her alone as she discarded her armor and gear in an uncharacteristically disorderly pile on the bedroom floor. She finished undressing and crawled into her bed - alone, be damned to that cocky half-ogre - and fervrently hoped that no one would be waking her any time soon. She had a nagging feeling that she'd done something remarkably foolish, perhaps several somethings, perhaps beyond the common vein of drunken foolery, and impending sobreity would no doubt bring it to mind sooner than she wished.
