[Kor'inth Do'aere]

Kor'inth returned from the recent meeting of the vampire clans. Valek had been gone for quite sometime and figured his demise on the high seas. She also began to see herself as a curse to males as he was the second male to disappear, the first being Orlando. She was quite disappointed that Shai had not made an appearance, she looked forward to seeing the one crush she intended to keep a secret until her demise. She sat down with pen and paper to write her father a note regarding the meeting. Sitting with the blank sheet of paper, she recalled the events of the meeting and it's emphasis on secrecy.

Somehow a human was allowed to be in attendance to this meeting of the blood drinker and allowed to live. The Lord who called the meeting had made note of it and Kor'inth could not hold her smart tongue long enough to take a jab at the human's love of death. Then there was the exchange of the one next to the human. The disrespectful tone he took with Kor'inth in calling her on her comment. Of course she HAD to take a jab at this one, for he know not who he spoke to. It was the Lord of the meeting that quickly quieted them down. Oh how she could not wait to get this smart vampire alone and show him exactly how superior she truly was to him, after all she is a double princess and a descendant to a Goddess.

Soon the introductions began. The smart tongued one was from the Giovanni clan, whoever they were. After Kor'inth's self introduction of her true blue blood heritage, the Giovanni made it a point to comment about knowing her father. The Lord of the meeting also made comment of how anxious he was to meet her as her letter had sparked his interest. Kor'inth smiled under her hood, for her uniqueness was already putting attention on her from their host.

The Lord of the meeting soon began to get to the point of the meeting, which Kor'inth only half listened to. Kor'inth didn't care for the fact that this Lord was acting like he was better than her father. It was the comment from Giovanni that snapped her back to what was going on. He began talking about some sort of pact that supposedly was made between them and her father's clan. This was the first Kor'inth had heard about it and politely told the man that she would discuss it with her father.

When the meeting ended, Kor'inth had hoped that the Lord would wish to speak to her and learn more of how she came about. Unfortunately that was not the case, the female that was with the Lord approached her first and was very polite. Kor'inth returned the respect and the delight in meeting other vampires. The Giovanni approached her from behind and called to her. He had spoke to her regarding if she could set up a meeting with her father for him, which she agreed. He also had asked about one called "Marius", whom Kor'inth had heard about and about how her father single-handedly caused his demise. Of course she poked fun at Marius' weakness and how he was now dust in the wind. Kor'inth had to control her sudden rage when the Giovanni called Marius her father's sire. Ian was the work of his god, Ares, how dare this two bit male suggest that her father was made by another. The runes on her father prevent him from having a sire and from siring any more, that is why Kor'inth had to finish the transformation of Orlando. He also mentioned Ronin, whom Kor'inth's mother, Kal'iksix, had mentioned before. Her mother's first love affair with a vampire and her way of inciting Ian's jealousy. The Giovanni also seemed quite interested in Kor'inth's creation. Not long after, the meeting dispersed and Kor'inth returned to her mother's palace to practice her prayers to Lloth and to refresh her lessons on the Llothian culture.

"Dearest Daddy".....she scratched that out and crumpled the paper, "Lord Ian Nottingham"....again scratched that and balled up the paper and tossed it to the floor with the other.

"Daddy and Lord of the Cappadocians..."
