Hello everyone,

Just a reminder about how things will be going tonight, we will be meeting up at the Main brit bank at 7pm Eastern I would like all the GM's if you could make sure you have printed out your scripts. My guild will be there to show you how everything is going to work, from the parade to how we introduce the GM's of the ARPC. My Clan has practiced everything out, and after we show you how something will be done, then we will add you all to it so you can see how it will be done, and you can practice with you guild if you like. The hardest thing is going to be the parade, but it will be easy after everyone sees how it will be done. Please invite all your members tonight if you can, they don’t all have to be there, but if you have like 2 or 3 of them there, then you can go back to your guild and show them how it will be done. The biggest thing I want to remind you is after the parade, if poet can make it, his schedule may not let him but he's trying to get this day off, he will do his comedy skit. After poet’s skit is finished, I want everyone who is doing your Thing for the festival to leave the main area and they will go to their stands that have been designated for you. The only people who will not be leaving to go to their stands will be all the GM's of the ARPC. Whatever you guys do at the stands is up to you, but you will have books about the arpc to pass out which my clan has printed 500 of them. To give you an idea of what the vampires are doing, we will be doing a casino thing where if you win a certain amount of severed human ears, they get to go over and tell the vampire to drain the mortal’s blood and kill the mortal. This is what we will be doing at our stands. We will also be passing out goodie bags to those who come up to our stands which will have not only the ARPC book, but a book about V|O and what were all about with other various items. Whatever you plan have fun with it Smile

I really think if this festival goes well, and I know it will because we have a strong community, it's going to get our name out there and bring in more fresh faces to role play.
Another reminder about the festival on the 26th. We are going to meet 2 hours before it begins so we will be showing up around 6pm eastern, we have to pass out uniforms, sashes, books, gold to all the arpc members. We cannot do this 30 minutes before the whole thing begins because it would be chaotic so giving us all a 2 hour window allows for people to come for at least an hour and a half before the festival begins to grab their stuff. We will be at the main brit bank with a caravan of pack horses to pass everything out and my clan will help with getting everything you need. GM's you will be wearing a uniform crafted for you and please everyone keep whatever we give to you, except the gold hehehe that for the masses Razz

Also GM's make sure your backpack is empty because you will be the gold handlers of the parade. I believe each bag has 85 125k checks in it to drop on the ground during the parade.
During tonight’s practice, we will be showing you a spot we picked to place our stands, please pick around the area where you would like to set up, it’s a real nice spot and we should be able to get around 12 stands in this area. They will be distanced but still close enough to make it look like a renaissance fair.
I want to thank you all for helping me out with this Enormous project but I think as a community we are strong enough to pull this off. Remember this event isn’t one person’s event, if we are successful, and we will be then we, the ARPC will take all the credit for this festival. Its starts with all of us, and we are a chain in this great community we rp in. Make a difference with me, but most of all have fun doing it Smile

Good turn out tonight everyone, we had 7 GM's show up. If you missed this pratice let me know and I can go over it with you. Next week I will be posting for the event things that everyone will need to know. Thanks again.
