Ok guys its official now March 16th 7pm eastern, GM's please meet up at the brit bank we will muster there, and give out sashes that you will need for your guild, books of the ARPC, and The GM's Personal uniform that you will be wearing at the event, everything thats crafted says, crafted by ARPC Community, you keep all this. I want to stress going over certain things but moast importantly is the parade route, so during this pratice, GM's Bring your memebrs becuase they are the ones who will be in the parade, while us GM's have the money bags on the sides of the parade. To Simulate the parade we will be giving the GM"S blank runes to drop during the pratice to simulate the checks of gold you will be droping on the ground for the crowds.
I still need two more people to help Cry out near the luna bank for one hour for two days to we will have 3 people doing this for two nights 1 hour each person, this way we get maximun exposure. Right now Aubrey has voluntered for this but we need two more people please.
I need GM"S to post in here to let me know you will be comming to the event on March 26th, and also that if you can attend the pratice. If you cannot attend either one, please send represenitives, especially if you cannot make it to the main event, so this way your guild is represented for the festival.
EM Bennu will b in attendance, and we will also have a permanent moongate set up so noone has to constanly gate to the event. But lets get ready people and have an exciting time, and get some more people into the community. Remember this is a team event, and I have alot of you onboard but please post anyways so I have an exact tally of who will be showing up to the pratice and ther event itself. Dont worry about any of the stuff you will need, we have everything prepared for the festival, all we need is attendance, lets show them how we do it in the ARPC people, and lets get some new people into RP. Who's with me Smile

We'll be part of the parade, not quite sure what we will do for the event as a whole but we'll be there for the parade practice. Its ooc right?

This should be a lot of fun and a great way for the ARPC to gain new members and guilds. It is obvious that a lot of work is going into it to make the ARPC shine.

House of Draven will be there. Sorry for the misunderstanding, I got weekends mixed up but I myself will be there. Not sure who else from the guild will yet.

If I am available to do the crier thing I will. I just cannot be 100% sure yet.

Also, if you decide you want me to do that little new guild speech just let me know ahead of time so I can write something out.

yes isk its all ooc, we have to make sure we do it all right so it will all be an informal pratice. And yes Marcus after the Parade when Wynn comes to address everyone before the festival begins, she will call you up and you can say a few words to people out there about the arpc, and that your joinning as a GM. Its a very nice touch to show our new people getting their foot in the door, and our way of supporting your style of RP, and what you want to do in the arpc.
Also during the festival, for ideas the vampires are doing a thing where its like a gambling thing, and if you win, you get to watch the mortal die, which will be a good laugh, but we also will be passing out goodie bags to those who come to our tables, and people will know who the GM's are and will come over to you and ask questions about your guild. Thats just an idea but when the actual festival starts do something, fun, RP something out, and most of all have fun. I hope this event will bring some good people who never knew about our community, and thank you all who are participating on helping m out with this. Its good to see the community banding together to do a greater good to make this a truly great event for us all Smile
