General Cuthbert,

This week I have again seen wonderful progress in the Janissaries. Ryu in particular, is exceptional in his abilities as a leader and a soldier, I humbly ask that you consider a promotion, given the fact he is a former General in Moonglow it seems almost cruel to keep him in the ranks with some of the very new and inexperienced recruits. I'll leave this to your discretion.
