General Cuthbert,

I have completed my weekly report and evaluations of the Janissaries,

This week we have all been very busy, fine tuning skills and polishing them to each unique talent.
As of now they all show excellent potential. A few of them need some direction as to how to address the chain of command and how to properly salute.
I would also advise regular checks on personal armor and weaponry, many of them came to drills in disrepair.

Thank you for the update. It is good to know that the Janissaries show such potential.

If you can, please make a note of who needs "aid" in following the chain of command.

Checks on armor and weaponry is an excellent idea, and we will institute it immediately. These are issues that the Janissaries should be aware of on their own, and their neglect of their own items will result in some type of reprimand.
