Davis, thank you for trusting us with a meeting in my home. I respect you as a friend but aiding a non human could prove to be bad for our family. Given the nature of this quest Lars and his friend Acheron still plan to help you locate Maverick, only because you both served in the order and showed great loyalty, the tides of time have changed many things, this will be the only time you will receive our help. Good luck to you all.

Davis opens his door to find a dove sitting on a perch in his garden. Davis walked up to the Dove to see a note attached to it's leg. Davis removed the note and began to read. "Ahh, it is from Branwen. After reading the note Davis headed back into his house. He sat down in his study with a feathered quill and begins to right:

Branwen,
I am sorry if my showing up at your house would have been dangerous for you but I had to talk to you about Maverick. I know now not to show up there. However, I am grateful that Lars and Acheron are willing to put their lives on the line to help in the search for Maverick. It is imperative that he be found. I need him as part of my clan. Reguardless of our past history, I am hoping that when he finds out what I need him for he will be up to the task.

Davis walks back outside to see the dove still sitting on the perch. He places the note on the doves leg and sends the dove off.
