On or about 10:00 by the eastern sun, on the evening of the festivities at the Briarwood tavern, I stepped outside to make a routine patrol around that area. As always, in pursuit of those who wish to avoid Justice.

Upon leaving the tavern, I found myself alone just beyond the front steps when I heard someone address me, stating that I was eavesdropping. There was a small gathering on the Security Tower before the house, and as my look followed the voice, i saw a man standing before me. I denied eavesdropping, as I felt that individuals there were of little interest to me. I perceived no immediate threat to security.

A crowd soon formed, as others left the tavern, and a debate began as to the worthiness of elves within the world. I attempted to calm the participants, and after some time the crowd began to slowly disperse.

Following this incident, I performed a routine patrol and saw no wrongdoings nor injustices.

This report was written and submitted within the hour of the occurence.
