The parchment is pristine. The words are controlled and the entire thing is delivered via an off white mustang that answer to the name of fate:

It's been sometime since we have crossed paths. Though much has changed, my tasks have not. We, the Gypsies, would like to deliver your clan armor on the morrow around 7 by the eastern sun. If for some reason this is unacceptable please send word with Fate. He will be more than happy to return your message to me.
