She lay in the tub that sat in the bedchamber by the fireplace, that had been brought up for her by the house servants. Near scalding hot water that nearly turned her dark skin into a redish hue, and she loved the heat. Leaning her head back against the edge, steam rising from the water, Ditto thought back to just recently this night and the turmoil her mind had been in.

Tarothin and Lord Mave had left to speak with members of the Ebon Skull, and she had no idea what had happened. Were good things said? Bad things? Had she caused yet another war? Had Taro? Were things settled? She had no clue. She would just have to wait, and that was not something she enjoyed, but was learning to get use to.

And then there was the matter of the Army of Azeroth..Balbanes, she liked him, but he was dangerous. Bailos, overly friendly...hmm....Darmug...her eyes suddenly burned black...he had known and she'd been told he had done nothing, said nothing.
Aya had been missing for months. She had left the Dark Order briefly for a vacation after training and that had been the last anyone in the Order had heard of her....until this eve....

Ditto had been sitting at the fireside table with her two brothers, Lords Maximus and Beldon allowing them to catch up with each other's adventures and discussing the investigation of Ditto's attack, when Ditto heard a familiar voice call out to her to say hello. When she looked up, she was both happy and surprised to see Aya. Aya seemed happy to see her as well but Ditto noted a certain despair and possibly anger in her eyes. After her friend had joined them at the table, Ditto began asking the obvious questions one would ask a former guildmate. Aya, always seemingly nervous, answered as best she could. It took Ditto a very long time and many whispered talks both inside and out of the hostel but finally she got the sad and shocking story of how Aya, who had been fishing in Magincia one day, had gotten captured by members of Azeroth and forced to endure much..including a curse. She related how Balbanes had seemed impatient to have her broken, and how Valkor and Darmug had been the ones to do so. Ditto could have understood and accepted this information except for a few details...details that Aya could not provide. Only Darmug and Balbanes could provide the information now.
Aya wanted help. She wanted help from the Dark Order. Ditto could not deny her. But, there was also other things complicating it. And the simple fact that Ditto did not want to have the pact jeopardized. It was not her call to make.

After gating them all to Mave's keep, Ditto pounded on the door frantically. Lord Gerhart himself opened the door and granted them entrance. Ditto spoke as clearly and as quickly as she could. Mave had not seemed at all pleased, but he saw the problem. Ditto made a request to him, and he was relunctant to grant it. He didnt like the idea of her going anywhere without a guardsman and had specifically told her the day before she was never to be alone with the Overlord for any reason. But, now, there was a reason. Seeing him struggling with the request, Ditto informed him that with or without his permission, she would speak to Balbanes, even if she had to sneak away, completely unprotected. Mave knew she was determined but also knew he could get around that by simply informing Tarothin or by having Ditto kept under protection completely, for her own good. However..Mave chose to grant her request.
She was allowed one chance and one chance only to speak with Lord Balbanes alone.

The nightmares seemed to come to her night after night. The same one over and over. In this nightmare she relived the moments of the day of her agonizing torture. She seemed to be tormented daily, weather be by the constant reminder of the curse or the faces of her kidnappers and tortures them selves.

Aya woke up abruptly from her slumber screaming as if she were in great pain. She seemed to be covered in sweat. She looked about the room frantically and relized she was in Skara Brae Inn. Aya let out a brief sigh of relief. She sat in the bed just staring at the wall for a few long moments before slowly getting out of bed. As she stood she looked towards the window and looked out and the full moon.

"I'm so tired of this constant torment, the nightmares, Azeroth.." she paused momentarily then screamed "Everything!". A few passing rangers looked towards the window but kept walking past.

"I thought Ditto was my friend yet, when they tracked me down all she did was try and help the Azeroth 'thugs' to get me to Azeroth. She betrayed me...something I will never forgive for a very long time." Aya said to her self while looking at the few passing people.

"She said she'd help me but all she did was try and help Azeroth. After all that I told her what Azeroth did to me she does this. How could she help them when Azeroth was the ones who kidnaped me from the Magnicia docks so many months ago. How could she help Azeroth when they were the ones who unmercifully tortured me till I was almost dead." She let out a deep sad sigh then sat back down on the bed.

" I see only path left for me. I just hope he Tai will be my assistant in the Seppuku. Im so so tired of this suffering. I just want to be free of it all...everything...". As she uttered the last words she slowly laid her self down and went back to sleep but as sleep came she tossed and turned violently as her nightmare came once more.
