Drayden had this letter delivered to the Vampiric Order. The writing itself is uniform and exactly written, sealed with the Vhaeraunite seal.
To The Vampiric Order:
Long has it been since we have spoken plainly and civilly. I feel it is time to change that. If you would have it, I would like to meet and talk with your leadership about business matters that have come to my attention. I look forward to your reply and hope to arrange this soon.

Drayden handed the sealed scroll to his messenger and waved him away, moving on to the other matters that found their way across his desk. |

The Messenger came into Lucians office, "My Lord, I am sorry this message took so long to bring you but I was followed and had to allude the people who were following me" Hew bows before Lucian placing The note before Lucian.
Lucian opens the letter and reads the letter and a slight smirk grows upon Lucians face. He grabs a pen and some old bloodied parchment and begins to write:
My Dearest Lord Drayden,
I am interested in the buisness you have at hand and would like to join you at your earliest Convience. If you wish we can discuss this in my lands at our clanhouse which will be guarded and safe for both parties. Please let me know when you would like to meet and I will have everything set up for our meeting.
Your friend in Blood,
Lucian Le'Morte
Lord of the Vampiric Order
Lucian Seals the Parchment with the letters V|O and hands the parchment to the Messenger, "Make haste and make sure this arrives in Lord Draydens hand quickly" The messenger bows and says to Lucian "It shall be done my lord" and leaves.
Sitting at his desk Lucian wonders what Lord Drayden has planned, and the thoughts are many as Lucian smiles. _________________ No bastard ever won a war by dying for his country. He won it by making the other poor dumb bastard die for his country.

Drayden had grown worried that a reply would not come from his neighbors across the water to the west. The eventual reply did come however and the Patriarch was pleased to pen a short reply:
Lord Lucian:
That is agreeable with me. I shall have a few of my own come as well. I will set out this evening at Nine o Clock by the eastern sun. I look forward to speaking with you about a most promising business opportunity.
