Tatiana shook her head and laughed. Raven was a mess. Okay, it was time to find out what was going on with her. Tatiana set Raven down on a bench and smiled. "Raven, is there some reason you appear so ....unkempt?"
Raven blushed and looked down at her hands. "I don't want some god turning me into a Medusa."
A bit taken aback, Tatiana looked at her totally dumbfounded. "Why would you think that?"
"Some man at tavern night a bit back said that is how she got to be one, Medusa that is. Said some god got mad cause she wouldn't.. umm .. be nice to him, so he turned her into a Medusa to punish her, on account of her being so pretty and all."
Tatiana looked at her a bit perplexed. "So you are working on not being pretty, but Raven you are a cook. Such a craft requires great cleanliness. Why don't I make you an outfit to help you with a ..... disguise. Then the gods won't notice you."
Raven looked up at Tatiana and nodded her head. "Yes, that will do good cause I sure got tired of cleaning my hands all the time just to have to muss them up again."
Smiling gently, Tatiana took Ravn by the hand and lead her to the tailor shop to make her an outfit.
