I am the GM of the Society of the Onyx Flame, but unfortunately we don't usually take 'pre-existing' vampires. We are attempting to build clan family lines within the guild and we believe becoming a vampire is a honor, so its something new guild members have to work/rp for.

My suggestion might be try Order of the Ebon Skull, Vampiric Order or possibly Stonegate.

The Order of the Ebon Skull doesn't usually take pre-existing undead in general, but sometimes an exception is made. Are you exclusively seeking a vampire guild? If not, here's an application.
