At the Stonegate Training Center...

"What is THAT?" Fiona asked, wrinkling her nose.

"Your wedding dress, ma'am." Evelyn answered with a smile.

"It must have fifty yards of fabric! Does it need to be so...big?" Fiona grumbled, holding her arms out.

"I can tone it down if you would like, ma'am." Evelyn said with a hint of disappointment.

"It's a wedding. Not a costume party!" Fiona growled.

"Yes, ma'am." Evelyn sighed, taking apart the dress.


Ten hours later...

Evelyn held up the plain white dress with gold accents. She held her breath as she watched Fiona d'Rue inspect it carefully.

"This is much more fitting." Fiona said, nodding.

Evelyn exhaled, smiling.

"I also made a pair of sandals and a golden circlet to match." she said slowly, bracing herself.

Fiona looked down at the plain sandals and circlet with a blank expression. Evelyn waited patiently for a response. After a few moments, Fiona nodded.

"It is perfect." Fiona whispered.
