In addition to all the patch notes and whatnot, gypsy camps are now spawning again as well.

Greetings!

At approximately 4:30PM EDT we will be bringing down all shards for immediate maintenance to resolve the issues listed below. We estimate the update to be completed and all shards back online by 6:30PM EDT, thank you!

Patch 4.0.7.4 (Enhanced Client)
Fixed unexpected item swapping issues while in list view or Legacy container view.
Fixed players locking up in high-graphics areas when moving their mouse cursor off the game viewport into the empty black areas of the user interface. THANK GOD

Server changes
Runebooks should now work correctly
Players will be able to drop items in pack animals correctly again.
Swamp Dragons will no longer block meditation
